the room was clean.
I found the lack of privacy in the bathroom problematic. There was little separation from the rest of the room. the vanity being outside the bathroom felt strange. food options seemed expensive and not particularly appealing, especially for what they charged. there were no chairs available.

Excellent Stay at Trendy Hotel!

I enjoyed the hotel so much! Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and I was charmed by the modern design. In-house parking made things easy. Breakfast included full English and continental options. I especially liked the selection of teas and fruit.
I was a bit disappointed with the rooftop bar service. Only one bar man worked, with cocktails sold. This means very slow service even with his efforts. It took 45 minutes for a cheese burger to arrive at the bar. The bed was also too hard for my liking.

The fitness room features three treadmills, bicycles, and a weight machine. Comfortable in-house parking is available . The NFT bar on the 47th floor provides a spot to unwind and offers unique city views.

The front desk staff, including Alex and Jonas, offered stellar hospitality. The staff was cute, also friendly. Water and snacks are available in reception. Check-in and check-out are very smooth and efficient.

The breakfast buffet includes a great selection of full English options. Continental choices are also available. There is a wide range of loose leaf teas and fresh fruit. Food service was very well presented.

the room was spacious and clean i found the working desk quite practical. the seating area was also really useful. its proximity to the skyline mall made the location convenient.
the reception staff did not seem very friendly or helpful i thought. i booked a junior suite, but i was given a normal room. this room did not match the description on the hotel website.
